I teach you where each of the twenty-two codes lives in the body, how to tell whether a code is in shadow, embodied or in mastery, and how to bring it online: breath, the nervous system, posture, polarity, and the practices that move a code from an idea into something lived.

You do not need to be. The practices are simple enough to guide in a session, and the client report gives them steps to bring a code online themselves.
That is the best place to start. You feel each code in your own body first, and that is what makes you able to guide anyone else.
